Seven companies have been awarded $91M in contract funds from the U.S. Navy to build, modernize or repair facilities at various government installations located within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s southwest area of operations.
This award brings the aggregate value of the original firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for heavy horizontal and civil engineering projects from $249M to $340M, the Department of Defense said Monday.
