A joint venture between Black Construction and Tutor Perini has won a pair of task orders worth $124.3 million combined from Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific to perform building work at two U.S. military installations in Guam.
The first project, valued at $73 million, will involve constructing an electronics-communications maintenance shop, a company-level administrative space and other low-rise facilities at Marine Corps Base Guam, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The second project, which has a cumulative value of $51.3 million, calls for the establishment of an aviation administrative office at the Andersen Air Force Base.
NAVFAC Pacific expects the contractor to fulfill both firm-fixed-price tasks by August 2024.
