Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific received 23 offers for the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that has a two-year base value of $47.3 million, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
All 10 selected contractors can compete for individual task orders to help the service branch develop software, engineer hardware and networks, manage configurations, create information assurance plans and facilitate training.
The IDIQ contract includes one three-year option period and an additional one two-year extension that could extend work through June 2028.
Ninety percent of work will take place in Philadelphia and the remaining 10 percent in San Diego and Washington, D.C.
