8 Companies Win Spots on $249M Contract to Support NAVFAC Construction Projects

Eight small businesses have won positions on a $249 million contract to support construction projects within the eastern portion of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast area of operations.

NAVFAC received 30 proposals via a competitive bidding process for the mutliple-award design-build/design-bid-build services contract and expects work to conclude by November 2026, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

The awardees are:

• Ashford Leebcor Enterprises IV
• CCI Solutions
• Dawson Enterprise
• P&S Construction
• Southeastern Industrial Barlovento Joint Venture 2
• VHB
• Walga Ross Group 3 JV
• WEBCO

Each contractor secured a minimum guaranteed amount of $1,000 and can vie for task orders under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
