NASA has launched an open and full competition for a potential nine-year, $1.93 billion follow-on contract to provide spaceflight mission support services to Johnson Space Center’s Flight Operations Directorate.
A notice posted Wednesday on SAM.gov says the next iteration of NASA’s Integrated Mission Operations Contract will include preparation and planning, flight controller training and certification, real-time flight execution and other support services.
IMOC III will support various agency offices such as the International Space Station Program Avionics and Software Office, the NASA Headquarters Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate and the Space Operations Mission Directorate.
The follow-on contract will have a five-year base period along with a pair of two-year options.
