Narda-MITEQ Acquires Radio Frequency Tech Maker Intelligent RF Solutions

Narda-MITEQ has acquired Maryland-based radio frequency and microwave technology supplier Intelligent RF Solutions as both companies aim to expand their market presence and product development capability.

The deal marks the first acquisition for Narda-MITEQ, formerly owned by L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX), since it became a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Co., the investment firm said Thursday.

Glenn Shor, chairman of Narda-MITEQ and partner at JFLCO, noted that the iRF purchase will expand the acquirer’s products portfolio for signals intelligence, electronic warfare and electronic intelligence applications.

Baker Hostetler advised the investment company on government contracts, defense security and international trade matters in connection with the transaction.
