Culmen International has appointed Chief Financial Officer Myron Thomas as president and John Fallon, vice president of corporate operations, as chief operating officer.
The company announced the leadership moves in a LinkedIn post published Wednesday.
Thomas will continue to serve as CFO and assume additional responsibilities as president, overseeing the execution of the company’s strategic plan, leading financial strategy implementation and guiding capital deployment efforts.
He previously served as president and CEO at federal contractor Melwood.
The 25-year finance and operations executive held leadership roles at Corning and started his career in the audit and transaction services divisions of KPMG and PwC.
As COO, Fallon will lead Culmen’s contracting department, regulatory compliance, quality management, human resources, and international operations.
He brings to the role over 25 years of government acquisition and operations experience in both public and private sectors.
Before Culmen, he was COO at Vysnova Partners, where he also led business development and strategic planning activities and managed the firm’s HR, contracts and operations departments.
Fallon currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and Villanova University.
