Morgan Keese Named Airbus US Space & Defense Chief of Staff

Morgan Keese, formerly director of communications at Airbus U.S. Space and & Defense, has been appointed chief of staff at the Arlington, Virginia-based contractor, she announced Monday in a LinkedIn post.

She has been with the company since August 2019 and previously served as director of government relations.

Keese spent three years within the U.K. embassy in Washington, D.C., and served as an adviser to the U.K. ambassador, defense attache and minister for defense material on defense-focused congressional business and legislative priorities.

She previously served as a legislative assistant to Rep. Sam Farr, D-Calif., for three years and was responsible for drafting appropriation bills and researching policies over domestic issues, including veterans affairs, immigration and telecommunications.

Keese is a former press fellow within the House of Representatives.
