Mission Essential Holds Spot on Potential $17.1B DIA Support Vehicle

Mission Essential has won a position on a potential $17.1B contract vehicle for global mission support services to the Defense Intelligence Agency its components.

Herndon, Va.-based Mission Essential is among the 16 prime awardees of DIA’s Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which includes five base years and five option years.

The company, led by Al Pisani, said it looks to expand its analytical and operational support for the U.S. military, defense planners and national security policymakers through SIA 3 IDIQ.

Founded in 2004, Mission Essential works with government customers to help them address problem sets through the firm’s insight, language and cultural advisory, cybersecurity and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance services.
