Min Wei, senior vice president of operations at Cubic's (NYSE: CUB) transportation systems business, will assume additional duties as SVP and chief customer officer of the company.
He will oversee a newly formed business function covering customer experience, configuration management, logistics support and quality initiatives, Cubic said Thursday.
Wei will also lead the San Diego-based company's “Winning the Customer” initiative as well as manage quality engineering activities and the delivery of offerings.
Wei has managed global service, operations and quality transformation efforts within the CTS organization in his SVP role there. He started his career at Cubic in 2009 after a nearly six-year career at ERG Transit Systems.
