The Indianapolis-based IT and customer experience services provider said Spagna assumes the role with more than 20 years of experience in the federal contracting sector.
He first joined HighPoint Digital in 2021 and most recently served as the company’s executive vice president and chief operations officer, overseeing overall operations and supporting the company’s service delivery and growth in the federal market. Prior to that, he was the senior VP for the federal civilian sector.

What Roles Did Mike Spagna Hold Prior to HighPoint?
Before joining HighPoint Digital, Spagna served as director of civilian programs at MetroStar Systems. He also spent over eight years as a senior program manager at CACI International. The executive worked as a principal analyst at Applied Systems Research and as an associate and senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. He was a consultant at Verizon Communications early in his career.
