Mike Reynolds, formerly a program manager of Caliburn International and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, has been promoted to vice president tasked with leading the company’s risk management business.
He has 35 years of professional experience and will lead a line of business that offers security, training and personal protection services to senior government officials, Caliburn said Tuesday.
The Reston, Virginia-based company hired Reynolds last year to manage risk management programs under State Department task orders for support work in Erbil, Iraq and Mogadishu, Somalia.
Reynolds previously served as a VP at GardaWorld Federal Services and managed programs at U.K.-based Aegis Defence Services – where he led force protection security for the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, and the State Department – and at security company SOC.
His career has also included 25 years of law enforcement work for the police department of Raleigh, North Carolina.
