Michelle Freeman, formerly corporate controller at Tech Systems, has been named chief financial officer at network intelligence platform developer Axellio.
She brings to the role over two decades of industry experience in managing corporate acquisitions, business transactions and enterprise resource planning system implementations, the Colorado Springs, Colorado-headquartered company said Wednesday.
Before joining Tech Systems, Freeman was a controller at government contractor Matrix Providers, where she managed overall financial management functions.
“Her exceptional financial operations experience and ability to drive process improvements will be invaluable as we continue our rapid growth,” said Scott Aken, CEO of Axellio.
Axellio provides defense and commercial customers with network and cyber threat intelligence for defensive cybersecurity.
