Michael Millett, formerly senior vice president of business development at ReefPoint Group, has joined Falls Church, Virginia-based management consulting firm Sierra7 as VP of capture and solutions.
He will develop internal and external teaming strategies, address gap analysis, create win plans and strategies, plan capture and gate reviews and refine call plans and value propositions in his new position, Sierra7 said Wednesday.
At ReefPoint, Millet oversaw growth, strategy, and execution strategies for the company’s Department of Veterans Affairs, Military Health System and Defense Health Agency portfolios.
He also supported work under VA’s Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation contract vehicle, or T4NG.
