Dell and Massachusetts-based data storage vendor EMC (NYSE: EMC) will implement a new senior management structure upon closing of their approximately $67 billion merger.
Michael Dell told employees in a memo Tuesday the integrated company will have an executive group that will comprise current CEOs of the VMware, SecureWorks, Pivotal and Virtustream businesses.
Jeremy Burton will serve as the combined firm’s chief marketing officer and Jeff Clarke will be vice chairman and president of operations and client solutions.
David Goulden will serve as president of the enterprise systems group that will offer a portfolio of servers, storage, networking and converged infrastructure platforms.
RSA President Amit Yoran, Virtustream CEO Rodney Rogers and Rohit Ghai, president of EMC’s enterprise content division, will be part of the enterprise systems group and report to Goulden.
John Swainson and Suresh Vaswani will continue to oversee Dell’s software and services units, respectively.
Marius Haas will be president and chief commercial officer for the merged company’s go-to-market organization that will focus on the global commercial market.
Tom Sweet, Steve Price and Rich Rothberg will respectively hold the roles of chief financial officer, chief human resources officer and general counsel.
Karen Quintos will serve as chief customer officer as well as lead corporate citizenship programs.
