Michael Conlin Joins Definitive Logic as CTO, Ryan Elliott Named Chief Growth Officer

Definitive Logic has named Michael Conlin, former chief data officer at the Department of Defense and a 2020 Wash100 Award recipient, as chief technology officer and appointed Ryan Elliott, former vice president of defense at GovernmentCIO, as chief growth officer.

Conlin will oversee the Arlington, Virginia-based technology consulting firm's long-term tech strategy and digital transformation initiatives, Definitive Logic said.

He served as chief business analytics officer at the DoD after two years as the department’s first chief data officer and has more than two decades of experience in digital services, data analytics and artificial intelligence.

As CGO, Elliott will be responsible for Definitive Logic's business development processes that include cross-functional areas, contract vehicles and multiyear programs.

He brings to his new position more than 25 years of experience in growth and capture operations for commercial and federal entities.

Paul Burke, co-founder and CEO of Definitive Logic, said the company made the two appointments to support President Mike Monson as he assumes an additional role as chief of customer experience.
