Michael Baker International won a potential five-year, $99M contract to engineer construction projects at government properties within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s Southwest area of responsibility.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will involve site investigations, technical reviews of request for proposal for design-build projects, environmental work and identification of hazardous materials, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The company will also help prepare design-build and design-bid-build construction contract packages and provide post-construction contract support services.
Work will run through June 2024 within the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.
NAVFAC received five bids for the IDIQ through the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website.
