Michael Baker International won a potential five-year, $99M contract to engineer construction projects at government properties within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s Southwest area of responsibility.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will involve site investigations, technical reviews of request for proposal for design-build projects, environmental work and identification of hazardous materials, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The company will also help prepare design-build and design-bid-build construction contract packages and provide post-construction contract support services.
Work will run through June 2024 within the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.
