Melissa Houghton Appointed SVP of Growth, Business Development at Ventech Solutions

Melissa Houghton, formerly vice president at Ventech Solutions, has been promoted to senior vice president of growth and business development at the Columbus, Ohio-headquartered information technology services provider, G2xchange FedCiv reported Saturday.

The nearly 30-year federal IT services industry veteran will establish and mature Ventech’s infrastructure and expand its brand across the government sector.

Houghton joined Ventech in October 2022 following a four-year stint at professional services provider Redhorse, where she served as VP of corporate growth according to her LinkedIn profile.

Before that, she led business growth initiatives and developed recompete strategies for federal contracts at CGI.

Houghton managed business integration and capture planning at SRA International earlier in her career.
