Millennium Engineering and Integration has won a potential seven-year, $340M contract to help a U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory directorate develop space technology concepts.
Arlington, Va.-based MEI will support AFRL’s space vehicles directorate in development, analysis, integration, experimentation, demonstration and evaluation efforts, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Work will take place at Kirtland AF Base in New Mexico through April 2026.
The service received fives offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract awarded through a competitive acquisition process and will obligate $5M upon issuance of initial task orders.
The directorate primarily conducts R&D projects in areas such as space-based intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, situational awareness and communications.
