McConchie announced the move in a LinkedIn post published Thursday.
In this capacity, he will promote collaboration across teams and further develop processes using best practices and data-driven insights. He will also advance strategic growth initiatives, particularly for federal civilian government contracts.
McConchie most recently served as VP of proposals at Maximus. In 2016, he joined the company as a senior proposal manager for the federal business.
His industry career included time holding proposal management roles at MicroTech, DISYS and Reingold.
