Mark Santamaria Joins Austal USA as CFO

Mark Santamaria, formerly senior vice president and chief financial officer at CAES, has assumed the CFO role at Austal‘s shipbuilding arm in the U.S.

He has three decades of experience in finance and executive leadership, including more than 20 years at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), where he was divisional CFO, Austal USA said Thursday.

“We are excited to have him on our senior leadership team and look forward to benefiting from his financial management experience,” said Michelle Kruger, president of Austal USA.

Santamaria’s industry career includes roles such as division CFO of the national and cyber solutions business group at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and senior vice president and CFO at SI Organization.

He also held CFO roles for defense contractors including Mission Essential and AM General.
