ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) has received a five-year, $132M task order from the U.S. Army to create, integrate and engineer software for the service branch’s Distributed Common Ground System.
Work will also include support for the Army Communications-Electronics Command’s Software Engineering Center in cybersecurity, validation, verification and logistics work on the DCGS-A family of systems, ManTech said Wednesday.
The company added it will maintain software platforms, including the Counter Intelligence/Human Intelligence Automated Reporting and Collection System, following production and deployment efforts. Other systems are the Tactical Intelligence Ground Station and the Machine Foreign Language Translation System.
Matt Tait, president of ManTech™s mission solutions and services group, said the company will work to help warfighters receive and secure intelligence data at the tactical edge under the task order.
