Apollo 3 Energy works to help government customers, including the Naval Special Warfare Center and the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in California, maximize energy savings on their projects, Maddox Defense said Friday.
The acquired company will operate as Maddox Defense’s energy division and oversee the company’s efforts to support the U.S. government’s goal to build a battery-operated vehicle fleet.
“Their expertise in solar and large scale commercial electrical services, combined with our capabilities, will enable us to better serve our clients in the rapidly evolving renewable energy market,” said Jason Maddox, CEO of Maddox Defense.
Through the transaction, Maddox Defense will have access to Apollo 3 Energy’s customer base and network of original equipment manufacturers.
