M1 will also support various aircraft systems such as egress, fuel system, hydraulics, aerospace ground equipment, armament avionics, electronic warfare, structural and metallic platforms, the Defense Departmentsaid Friday.
Work is scheduled to finish Dec. 31, 2017, and the Air Force will obligate the full amount of the modification at the time of award from its fiscal 2017 aircraft procurement and operations and maintenance funds.
