M1 Support Services has expanded its executive management team with the addition of William Kansky as chief financial officer, James Cassella as chief growth officer and Bill Purdy as a senior vice president.
Kansky served as CFO of DynCorp International, now part of Amentum, and held various roles of increasing responsibility at ITT, the Denton, Texas-based aerospace and defense company said Monday.
He concurrently serves as chairman of the audit committee on the boards of Red River Technology, Source Code Technology and Lighthouse.
Cassella, a retired U.S. Army aviator, joined M1 from HDT Global, where he served as chief revenue officer for nearly two years.
Before joining HDT, Cassella worked for DynCorp, DRS Technologies and Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH).
Purdy was appointed as SVP of operations, quality and continuous improvement at M1. He brings three decades of experience in driving process improvement for companies such as V2X and DynCorp.
“They will play key roles in helping M1 sustain operational excellence while driving continuous improvement and significant growth,” said George Krivo, CEO of M1.
