The business will establish network connections to create the CRT and select a service-oriented architecture to modernize software and hardware for use by aircraft reprogramming facilities, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The Navy and the U.S. Air Force will obligate a combined $8.4 million on the award while non-DOD partners will allocate $1.6 million in initial funds.
Work will occur in Fort Worth, Texas, through October 2024.
