The Enterprise Program Services contract covers strategic and tactical support on USPS projects that aim to boost customer service, productivity, performance, product development, service delivery and competitiveness in the mailing industry, LMI said Tuesday.
The contract has a four-year base period with four option years.
“We are honored to expand our support and provide innovative solutions for USPS to ensure they meet and exceed their business objectives,” said Zaki Saleh, senior vice president of LMI’s health and civilian market.
LMI has supported USPS in enterprise IT modernization, programmatic advisory, strategic planning and operations. In 2021, the company secured a seven-year, $30 million contract to support USPS’ innovation efforts and sustainability goals.
