Lindsay Weissbratten
Lindsay Weissbratten, formerly director of human capital at the Institute for Building Technology and Safety, has been named chief human resource officer of Siemens‘ U.S. federal subsidiary.
She brings to Siemens Government Technologies her professional experience in the talent management, human capital strategy, recruitment and retention areas, the company said Monday.
Lindsay brings an action-oriented portfolio of demonstrated results over more than two decades from aerospace and defense, commercial software and nonprofit companies, said Tina Dolph, president and CEO of SGT and a 2019 Wash100 Award recipient.
Prior to IBTS, Weissbratten led talent acquisition and programming initiatives during her decade-long career with General Dynamics (NYSE: GD).
She previously worked as vice president of people and culture at Fidelis Cybersecurity Solutions, which Marlin Equity Partners acquired from General Dynamics in 2015.
I look forward to working closely with Tina and the executive team at SGT to harness the tremendous spirit of innovation and commitment to serving U.S. government customers, enabled by essential talent resources and support for employees to perform their very best work, Weissbratten said.
