Liberty Business Associates Wins $108M Contract to Support Naval Info Warfare Center Mission

Liberty Business Associates has won a five-year, $108M U.S. Navy contract to help Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic manage day-to-day operations.

NIWC Atlantic received five offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via a full and open competition that was set aside for small businesses, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

Work will take place in South Carolina, Virginia and various DoD facilities through September 2025.

Liberty is a woman-owned company that offers cyber, business operations, strategic consulting and educational development services to both the public and private sectors.
