The stand-alone business of Overland Park, Kansas-based Selex ES will be sold to the Indra Air Traffic subsidiary of the Spanish information technology and defense systems company.
Stephens serves as financial adviser to Leonardo and Selex ES while Hunton Andrews Kurth works as legal adviser for the transaction.
Aside from ATM activities, Selex ES develops and manufactures technologies needed by airport authorities, global air navigation service providers, military and government organizations as well as commercial and industrial operators.
