Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has received a potential five-year, $900M task order from the U.S. Air Force to support intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations of USAF’s Air Combat Command.
The company said Thursday it will help ACC collect, analyze and distribute intelligence data as well as provide ISR training services.
Work under the single-award task order at facilities operated by the service branch in Virginia, Texas, Nebraska and California.
“ACC ISR represents a significant accomplishment in our C4ISR growth campaign across each military service, the combatant commands, and strategic international partners,” said Gerry Fasano, president of Leidos’ defense group.
“It allows us to bolster our already significant ISR capabilities and further assist our customers in addressing their enduring mission requirements,” Fasano added. The command conducts combat and strategic readiness efforts for air defense deployment.
