Sharon Watts, formerly an executive at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) and Lockheed Martin(NYSE: LMT), has joined Constellis as chief administrative officer.
Constellis CEO Tim Reardon said in a statement released Monday Watts brings to the company “a strong background in information systems, human resources, staffing and optimizing merger and acquisition synergies.”
She previously served as CAO and deputy president for the defense and intelligence group of Leidos.
Before that, she held a 26-year career at Lockheed in various senior executive positions and her responsibilities covered M&A integration, staffing, engineering and enterprise information technology.
Reston, Va.-based Constellis offers risk management, security, training, operational and humanitarian support services to the government sector.
