Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has finalized its acquisition of Malvern, Pa.-based IMX Medical Management Services and its affiliated business segments for an undisclosed sum. The transaction was first announced on Aug. 7 and Leidos said Thursday that it will integrate IMX into its wholly owned subsidiary QTC Management led by President Grant Kim.
IMX offers independent medical evaluations, vocational case management and medical record review services to local and state government agencies, third party administrators, law firms, employers and insurance carriers.
QTC provides over 3,000 medical record assessments and independent medical examinations on a daily basis for federal clients across 50 states. The Leidos subsidiary will take in approximately 200 IMX employees as a result of the transaction. Cozen O’Connor P.C. served as Leidos legal adviser in the deal.
