Chief Executive Officer and Chair
Christopher Kubasik became the Chief Executive Officer in June 2021. He ensures that the company has the latest technologies for defense and business in the space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains. Peter W. Chiarelli
General Peter W. Chiarelli is a retired U.S. Army and serves as chair of the Innovation and Cyber Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Army general Chiarelli retired from the U.S. Navy and became a board member in 2012. He is also a former chairman of Interologic Inc., which helps impact-oriented organizations achieve their goals via data and analytics technologies.
Thomas A. Corcoran
Thomas A. Corcoran has been on L3Harris’ board since 1997 and serves on the Audit and Finance Committees. Corcoran has been running a private management consulting firm since 2001.
Thomas A. Dattilo
Thomas A. Dattilo has been an L3Harris board member since 2001. He participates in the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. During 2012-2014, he was Harris’ chairman. Dattilo advises investment companies. He was chairman and senior adviser to Portfolio Group from 2013 to 2016 and Cerberus from 2007 to 2009.
Roger B. Fradin

Lloyd W. Newton is a retired U.S. Air Force, Air Education and Training Command who has served on the board of L3Harris since 2012. Newton retired as a four-star general and served at Pratt & Whitney Military Engines as executive VP until 2006.
Christina L. Zamarro
Christina L. Zamarro is the newest member of the L3Harris board of directors, joined in July 2022. Previously, she was the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Her expertise includes strategic planning and analysis, risk management, and investor relations.
