Grinnell, as DXC CIO, oversaw an IT organization consisting of more than 1,500 employees and helped drive significant advancements in technology and business integration.
She served as global CIO and chief supply chain officer at General Dynamics Information Technology prior to joining DXC.
Grinnell will succeed Bonnie Smith, who will retire from her role as TD SYNNEX CIO.
