Berryman, who formerly served as president and CFO at Jacobs, will assume responsibilities over the company’s financial functions on an acting basis, succeeding Claudia Jaramillo, who has held the role since August 2023, Jacobs said Monday.
“As we build on the strong momentum across the Company and execute our strategy to create a more streamlined, higher growth, higher margin portfolio, I am pleased to tap into Kevin’s continued support and experience as interim CFO,” Pragada said.
Berryman held the president and CFO roles at Jacobs from November 2019 to August 2023 and oversaw the company’s overall corporate finance functions including accounting, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.
He concurrently sits on the board of directors at Sealed Air and PA Consulting.
