KBR's Government Arm Books $96M in US Military Cyber, Engineering Task Orders

KBR™s (NYSE: KBR) government services arm has won three task orders worth a combined $95.7M to provide engineering, cybersecurity and information technology services to the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Army.

The USAF Installation Contracting Agency issued the awards to KBRwyle through a contract vehicle managed by the Department of Defense Information Analysis Center, the company said Monday.

KBRwyle will develop data analysis tools powered by the Explainable Artificial Intelligence technology to support the Air Force Research Laboratory™s 711th Human Performance Wing under a $41.9M cost-plus-fixed-fee order.

The Houston-based contractor also received a three-year, $35.5M order to help the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and Naval Air Systems Command design, build, test and evaluate enterprise systems. Work covers support for enterprise IT, license management and automated processing operations at NAVAIR.

Under an $18.5M order, the company will conduct reverse engineering, cybersecurity and obsolescence management efforts to support the Army Tank-Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center in efforts to develop ground systems and related simulation technology.
