KBR (NYSE: KBR) has received a pair of contracts worth a combined $120 million to perform data analysis and modeling work to help the U.S. government evaluate spacecraft system acquisition programs.
The awards cover the provision of analytic products and systems engineering services to inform procurement decisions for information technology systems, space platforms and sustainment activities, KBR said Thursday.
Work includes advanced analytics modeling, acquisition technical assistance, architecture trade studies, data management, estimation and integrated program management.
“This win is indicative of KBR’s strategic commitment to being a trusted advisor to the government in all aspects of space system acquisition,” said Byron Bright, president of KBR’s government solutions segment and a three-time Wash100 Award recipient.
