Accordion Acquires Kavaliro Salesforce Team

Government and workforce technology provider Kavaliro has sold its Salesforce division to Accordion, a business consulting firm. John Mahony, managing partner of Kavaliro, said Monday that the move will enable his company to focus all efforts on its core offerings.

“This strategic decision allows us to double down on the services that are central to our mission while entrusting the Salesforce practice to a company with a proven track record in driving business transformation,” he commented. “Accordion is a natural fit, and we’re confident they will continue to provide the same high level of expertise and service to our clients.”

Acquisition Details

As part of the acquisition, all 19 members of Kavaliro’s Salesforce team will move to Accordion. Kavaliro promised that the acquisition would only cause minimal disruption to customer operations.

Kavaliro’s Future

Kavaliro plans to expand its Workforce Solutions and Federal Defense businesses. The company saw the two business areas grow by 27 percent in topline revenue in 2024, whereas the rest of the industry experienced a decline of about 10 percent on average during the same period.

Kavaliro said both businesses will expand their workforce by over 20 percent in the coming months.
