Lockheed Vet Jon Rambeau to Join L3Harris as Integrated Mission Systems Segment Head

Jon Rambeau, a 26-year veteran of Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), has been appointed to serve as president of the integrated missions systems business at L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX).

He will assume his new position on Oct. 17 and succeed Sean Stackley, who will transition to a new role as senior vice president of strategy and growth, L3Harris said Monday.

“Sean led the IMS segment with brilliance and humility, and now Jon takes the reins of an organization poised to deliver significant capabilities to some of our most important national security customers,” said Christopher Kubasik, chairman and CEO of L3Harris and a three-time Wash100 Award winner.

In his new role, Rambeau will be responsible for overseeing the $7 billion segment that produces airborne and maritime intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platforms, including the Sky Warden multi-mission aircraft for U.S. Special Operations Command.

Stackley, a previous Wash100 awardee, took the helm at IMS when Harris Corp. and L3 Technologies merged in 2019 to form L3Harris.
