John Fuller: Booz Allen to Continue JIDO Counter-Threat Mission Support Under $326M Task Order

Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) will provide information technology operations support to a Defense Department organization focused on efforts to counter improvised explosive devices under a potential five-year, $325.9 million task order.

The company said Wednesday it will implement a modern communications technology to help DoD’s Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization collect, assemble and disseminate data sets that can measure adversarial threats.

John Fuller, a Booz Allen vice president, said the company has supported JIDO in counter-threat missions over the past 10 years.

Fuller added the company will also support the enterprise mission of the organization’s J6 Chief Information Officer through the task order.

The order was awarded by the General Services Administration™s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center.
