John Adamo, a U.S. Marine Corps Reserve officer, has joined Redhorse as director of energy business development and capture.
He will be responsible for developing the San Diego-based data and technology services provider’s growth strategy for its energy business line with an emphasis on energy policy, carbon capture, smart buildings, greenhouse gas reduction and installation and operational energy programs..
Adamo previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), NRG Energy, UBS and Cheniere Energy.
Prior to joining the private sector, he served in USMC as an active-duty intelligence officer, a role through which he was able to observe the risks, supply chain and other factors of the Department of Defense’s energy activities.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Princeton University and a dual MBA from the University of Texas Jackson School of Geosciences and McCombs School of Business.
