Jim Rittinger, a nearly three-decade practicing attorney, has joined Empower AI as general counsel and corporate secretary.
He will be responsible for all legal and corporate governance initiatives at the Reston, Virginia-based government information technology and professional services provider, Empower AI said Tuesday.
“Jim’s leadership and extensive knowledge of the industry will help us deliver for our customers and our employees on mission-critical programs,” said Jeff Bohling, CEO of Empower AI.
Rittinger most recently served as chief legal officer at Micro Focus Government Solutions and managed the company’s contracts, legal, security, human resources, compliance and corporate development activities.
He held general counsel and senior legal positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell Services Federal Government and Perot Systems. He also served as a clerk for judges on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
