Jill Bone, formerly senior vice president of talent at Alteryx, has been promoted to chief people officer at the Irvine, California-based data analytics automation software company, according to a recently published LinkedIn post.
Bone joined Alteryx in 2020 and has since built and led a team of HR professionals supporting the company’s talent acquisition, workforce development and people operations functions.
Before that, she was VP and head of global talent acquisition at Workday, a developer of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human capital management.
She spent seven years at Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), taking on various roles of increasing responsibility such as VP of recruiting and director of research and talent attraction.
Her industry career also includes time as senior associate of the global technology practice at consulting firm Korn Ferry.
