Harris and Mosier will each serve a three-year term on the company’s board, CTC said Tuesday.
Ed Sheehan, president and CEO of CTC, said the company appreciates the guidance and expertise Harris and Mosier will bring to the board and CTC will continue to develop full lifecycle platforms, advance technology and deliver strategic advisory services to clients across various disciplines under their leadership.
Harris served as director of the National Reconnaissance Office, assistant secretary of the Air Force for space and associate executive director of the Intelligence Community. He previously worked at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), where he served as president of missiles and space division.
Mosier held senior leadership roles at manufacturing firms and served in the U.S. Peace Corps.
John Klein, executive director for business planning and strategy and treasurer at CTC, has been appointed chief financial officer. He joined the company in 1993 as a business analyst and has been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility.
CTC also recognized at its Oct. 27 annual meeting the service of outgoing board members Howard Picking and Mark Pasquerilla. Picking was board chair at CTC for 25 years and a board member for 33 years. Pasquerilla, chair of the board finance committee, served for more than three decades on the company’s board.
