Jay Hadley Named SVP, Business Unit Leader at CGI

Jay Hadley, a senior vice president at CGI, was named lead of the regulatory agency programs business unit at the company’s federal business arm, the executive announced in a LinkedIn post Monday.

According to the SVP’s profile, he is responsible for leading the development and execution of the business and product strategy for a diverse customer portfolio of regulatory agencies.

Hadley has been with CGI for over five years now. He joined the IT consulting and software development company as vice president of consulting services in 2019 and was elevated to the SVP role in 2020.

Notably, the CGI Federal business leader spent over a decade at ICF in VP and SVP positions. Hadley was also vice president and civilian lead at DRT Strategies before joining CGI.

He brings to his new role a track record in organic growth, new business capture and bottom-line results.
