Maximus has appointed Jan Madsen, executive vice president of operations at Creighton University, and Willis Towers Watson CEO John Haley to the Reston, Va.-based company’s board of directors.
Madsen and Haley will be part of the audit and technology panels, respectively, in addition to serving on the nominating and governance committee, Maximus said Monday.
Both appointees filled the board seats vacated by Russell Beliveau and Paul Lederer.
A certified public accountant, Madsen previously worked as chief financial officer and corporate treasurer at West Corp., and served in finance and operating positions at First Data Corp.
Haley served as a board member of Maximus between 2002 and 2019. He took the helm at Willis Towers Watson as chief executive upon the merger of Willis Group Holdings and Towers Watson & Coin in early 2016.
