The veteran aerospace executive revealed her appointment at the space technology company in a LinkedIn post shared Thursday.
Before joining Outpost, Landers was the CEO of J13 Consulting, a consulting firm that aids space technology startups in conceptualizing strategic visions, developing technology and boosting their market.
At Lockheed Martin, Landers played different pivotal roles. She started as the senior capture manager for commercial civil space before becoming the satellite communications business development manager. She spent the last three years of her five-year career at Lockheed as director of business development for advanced programs.
In addition, Landers was with Boeing (NYSE: BA) for more than four years as a systems engineer. She was also an aerospace systems engineer and technical program manager at Analytical Graphics, Inc.
