Dan Jablonsky, CEO of Maxar, said in a statement released Thursday that Lee brings “a wealth of public company and capital raising experience” as the company aims to carry out its growth strategy.
Lee most recently served as senior vice president and deputy general counsel at Aramark. He previously worked as a securities and merger-and-acquisition attorney at O’Melveny and Myers.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University and a juris doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Maxar, based in Westminster, Colo., offers integrated platforms and services in the satellite, Earth imagery, robotics, analytics and geospatial areas.
