Iron Bow Technologies has received a potential $258 million contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide home telehealth services to military veterans.
The company also teamed up with remote patient monitoring tools provider Vivify Health to offer telehealth assistance to patients in support of the VA contract, Iron Bow said Wednesday.
Rene LaVigne, president and CEO of Iron Bow, said the company has provided support to VAs telehealth programs since 2011 and will work to expand delivery of remote healthcare services to veterans through the contract.
The contract seeks to increase veterans access to home telehealth platforms, virtual visits and medical devices designed to help clinicians monitor, interact and inform patients on self-care options.
